Terms & Conditions:
Healing is not a medical surgery or a medical diagnosis, although we do assess your conditions and support you to alleviate your symptoms. If you have any mental and/or physical illness, please continue to see your doctor and get advice.
If you would like to discuss any feedback after our session there will be an additional charge of £15 per 30 minute call - please contact directly should you want to arrange this.
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Booking
- You will be sent a confirmation email upon booking a service.
Cancellation
- Cancellations are charged as follows:
- within 48hrs of your scheduled service appointment, 50% of service exchange
- within 24hrs of your scheduled service appointment, 100% of service exchange
- You are responsible for cancelling your sessions.
- Please let us know by email as soon as you find out if you have to change your session date.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your scheduled service appointment up to 48hrs in advance. If you wish to reschedule, please do so by emailing here with your preferred time and date. You are responsible for re-scheduling your appointment. Please note rescheduling may incur a fee.
Late Arrivals
- If you are late to your service appointment, your appointment will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late (i.e., if you were late by 15 minutes, your appointment will be 30 minutes rather than the full 1 hour). If you are late you will still be charged for the full session.
No shows
- No shows will be charged for the full amount of their service. No refunds will be made.
Refunds
- No refunds will be made for services already provided.
